I'm a bit of a generalist—think Swiss Army knife for customer strategy. My journey has taken me from writing code as a software developer to executive roles in product, VP strategy, business development, and customer success positions at Intel, Datarails, Here Mobility, and Sizmek. Every twist and turn taught me one thing: the best businesses are built around customers who feel valued and understood.
